Gestutzter Normalverteilung (Betragsverteilung 1. Art)


Die Berechnung der Eingriffsgrenzen bei Gestutzter Normalverteilung ist schwierig, und wird von SPC Softwarepaketen unterschiedlich bewerkstellligt.
Der grösste Nachteil hierbei ist, dass der Benutzer keine Kontrolle darüber hat, was dort rechentechnisch geschieht.

Das hier vorgestellte Verfahren
wird im Skript SPC genau beschrieben.
Es verwendet einfach die Formeln für die (ungestutzte) Normalverteilung, und multipliziert hinterher mit einem bestimmten Korrekturfaktor G(...).
Die Eingabedaten für dieses Verfahren sind allesamt leicht aus den Messwerten ermittelbar, und das Verfahren selbst greift auf Tabellenwerte für G(...) zurück, die durch umfangreiche Simulationen ermittelt wurden.
Der Simulationsumfang zliegt bei 625 Millionen gestutzt normalverteilten Ausgangswerten.
